Arrival to Your Massage
Please arrive for your appointment a few minutes prior to the scheduled starting time, this allows you the time to change and prepare for the massage. All appointments have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If a late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged.
Clients should drink water before and after the massage sessions, bottle water will be available at the studio.
Cancellation and No Show Policy and Fees
At The Kracked Pot Massage, we understand that unanticipated events and schedule changes occur in everyone’s life and are reasons why one might consider canceling or missing a massage appointment. We value your business and ask that you please notify us as soon as you can to cancel or reschedule your appointment. At this time there are not cancellation fees in place; please keep in mind when you miss an appointment with us, our therapist not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Late Arrival Policy
All massages have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full massage. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session, the therapist will discuss what the client is seeking and a personalized treatment plan will be discussed with you.
Reservations
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. We apologize, but we do not accept "walk-in" appointments. Please contact as soon as possible regarding any needs to cancel or reschedule your appointments.

The client-centered approach is a massage that is based upon the comfort of the client. Our massage therapist is happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it.
The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time. The client will always be modestly draped. The client will be kept informed of the area to be massaged and if the pressure of touch is suitable.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol or non-prescription drugs immediately prior to the session as this may alter your perception of touch.
